How does Local Pickup work? 

Local pickup days and times:

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

from 9am - 5pm

Step 1: Place your order.

Step 2. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a pickup ready notification email with the local pickup address within 3 business days of placing your order. 

Step 3: Reply to the email with the date and time you will pick up your order (within our local pickup days and times). 

Will every marker be the exact same color and size? 

Due to the handmade nature of our markers, slight size variation may occur. Additionally, as they are made from local Western Red Cedar Wood, stunning color variations occur and add to the visual appeal of our markers. 

Do you make custom markers? 

YES! We love creating custom markers in a variety of sizes and designs, so please contact us for your custom order. 

What is your return policy?

As our items are made to order, we do not accept returns. We do our best to accurately describe our products on our website. If you have any questions at all about our products, we welcome you to contact us with any questions about your purchase prior to ordering.

Do you provide delivery services?

As we are a small business, we accept pickup for local orders, and we offer shipping for out of town orders. If you are a garden center interested in carrying our product, local delivery may be possible. Contact us for more information.

What is the expected lifetime of your markers?

As our markers are 100% cedar wood, they will biodegrade naturally into the soil over time. Of course, placing your markers in a sheltered area, away from the weather elements would increase the lifetime of your product. For products placed outside in the elements, expect the markers to last at least one full gardening season.
